Corrections and removals

NewsWest has been published online since 2019, and the archive is searchable. If something in an episode, its show notes or a transcript is wrong, out of date, or includes personal details you’d like removed, tell us and we’ll look at it promptly.

How to ask

Email newswest@vk6.net with:

• the episode date (or a link to it)
• what needs changing: the words, or roughly where in the audio
• whether you want it corrected or removed, and why, if you’re happy to say

What we can do

• Show notes and transcripts: corrected or edited, usually within a week.
• Contact details (phone numbers, email addresses) in notes or transcripts: removed on request.
• Audio: we can’t normally edit a published episode, but in some cases we can replace or withdraw it from the archive.

Podcast apps and other sites may keep their own copies for a while after we make a change.
