Scripts to record
Short promos in your own voice, played on NewsWest.
Record any or all of these scripts and send them to newswest@vk6.net.
Tips for success
- Record the script exactly as written. Where it shows something in curly brackets, like {name} or {callsign}, use your own first name and callsign.
- Record as MP3, 256 kbit/s mono, or the best quality your device can do.
- One audio file per script.
- Name the file with the script’s name below, then a full stop and your callsign.
- We recommend the free audio tool Audacity.
